Product Overview

Oxytetracycline Hydrochloride is a broad-spectrum first-generation tetracycline antibiotic. It exerts its bacteriostatic effect by binding to the 30S ribosomal subunit, inhibiting protein synthesis across a wide range of Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria, as well as rickettsia, mycoplasma, and chlamydia organisms.

This veterinary-grade Oxytetracycline HCl is one of the most extensively used antibiotics in food animal production. Available as injectable solutions and feed-grade premixes, it provides reliable therapeutic and prophylactic coverage for the major bacterial diseases encountered in cattle, swine, poultry, and aquaculture operations across global farming systems.
